Our team is headed by Terry Brown, a thirty year industry veteran. Terry successfully managed and delivered an enormous value in construction projects across a spectrum of markets, during his contracting career and has worked with many international market leaders. Terry has a Master of Laws Degree in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication and a Master of Science Degree in International Construction Management.

His extensive level of experience and qualification allows an exceptional and distinctive ability to lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver a quality service to our customers. Terry Brown is additionally a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor – registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered Construction Manager – registered with the Chartered Institute of Builders, and a member of the Association of Construction Project Managers.

The company maintains a policy of only employing personnel or associate firms who have extensive direct construction industry experience. Brown & Associates enjoys a close relationship with a large number of industry organisations. Our extensive network of industry participants, developed over more than twenty years enables our company to offer a unique, high quality service, that gives our Clients the edge they need; whether resolving disputes by Arbitration, Mediation or Adjudication, managing contracts, preparing claims, or undertaking due diligence exercises; our Clients are our focus, and their needs are our challenges.
